Welcome to My Krishna Builders. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between My Krishna Builders ("we," "us," or "our") and the client ("you") regarding our architectural, consultancy, and construction services.
By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms:
We provide a range of professional services, including but not limited to:
Architecture & Vasthu Consultancy
2D & 3D Planning and Visualization
Building Permit Processing (Panchayath & Municipality)
Site Consulting and Supervision
Bank Loan Estimates and Facilities
Estimates: All quotes provided are based on current market rates for materials and labor. These are subject to change if the scope of work is modified or if market prices fluctuate significantly.
Payment Schedule: Payments must be made according to the milestones agreed upon in the project contract. Work on the next phase will typically begin only after the previous milestone payment is cleared.
Bank Loans: While we assist with Bank Loan Estimates, final approval and disbursement depend entirely on the bank's policies and the client's eligibility.
Documentation: You must provide accurate and complete property documents (Title deeds, Land tax receipts, etc.) required for building permits and bank loans.
Approvals: While we facilitate the process, the client is ultimately responsible for ensuring the project complies with local zoning laws and regulations.
Site Access: The client must ensure that our team has safe and uninterrupted access to the construction site during working hours.
All 2D Blueprints, 3D Renders, and Architectural Designs created by My Krishna Builders remain our intellectual property. These designs are licensed to the client for use on the specific project they were created for and cannot be resold or used for other projects without our written consent.
We strive to complete every project on schedule. however, My Krishna Builders shall not be held liable for delays caused by:
Unfavorable weather conditions.
Delays in government approvals or permits.
Late delivery of materials by third-party vendors.
Changes in design requested by the client mid-project.
Consultancy/Planning: Fees for 2D/3D planning and consultancy are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
Construction: In the event of contract termination, the client is liable to pay for all work completed and materials purchased up to the date of termination.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala.
